The Travis County Corporations are first and foremost conduit debt issuers for Private Activity Bonds and 501(c)3 bonds. Please contact Staff to determine if a proposed project qualifies or submit an application for the project with the application fee for consideration. Please contact Corporations’ Staff prior to meeting with the County Judge, Commissioners, Corporations Counsel or Financial Advisor. Please note, Travis County is a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) entitlement and as such has an obligation to comply with the County's Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing (AI) and the Federal Government's guidance on Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH).
